Dinosaurs Washi Tape | Masao Takahuta

In fact, this masking tape was created when the collaborators at Tegamisha realized "There are surprisingly many people who like dinosaurs." They thought instantly that illustrator Masao Takahata from the beloved brand Kata Kata. 

The unique dinosaurs drawn with a relaxed touch make you feel excited, as if you were looking into a child's notebook. Each dinosaur is lively and you can almost hear the dinosaurs talking. The contrast between the cute design and the calm impression of the monotone is exquisite, making this a must-have item for adults too.

Meet the Makers

Tegamisha is a creative collective based in Tokyo, Japan, dedicated to celebrating the art of paper and illustration. They operate a variety of ventures, including cafes, general stores, and bookstores, and are renowned for organising events such as the Tokyo Flea Market and Paper Expo (Kami-Haku). 

They feature the work of artists from all over Japan. Tegamisha takes what they find, edits it with their sensibilities, experiences and passion, and present it to you in an exciting package. This is what they believe to be their mission and I think we can all agree they are doing a swell job of it.
