If I see something on the website will I be able to find it in your shop?
All inventory on the website matches the inventory at our Historic Huffman location. Pink Moon Goods, too at the North Arcade offers our best selling items but if you have your heart set on something from the website it would be best if you visited the Historic Huffman shop. You are always welcome to place an order online and request "local pick-up" which is available during store hours.
Can I request local pick-up for the North Arcade location?
Yes, if you would like to place an order online and pick-up at the North Arcade please send an email to hello@pinkmoongoods.com and allow 48 hours for delivery to the North Arcade shop. Pick-up at Pink Moon Goods, too is only available during shop hours which you can see here.
Can I bring my pet into the shop?
There are no pets (with the exception of service animals) allowed in the North Arcade concourse. Pink Moon Goods in Historic Huffman does allow pets if they do not bark at customers, jump onto any surfaces, or pee on anything. If you are concerned that your pet will do any of those things please leave the cutie at home. Our shop is also quite small so bringing your pet on a busy day may cause some traffic issues inside the shop. Please be aware of possibly inconveniencing other shoppers if your dog takes up a lot of space.
Does Pink Moon Goods host events?
Yes! We love hosting mini markets, Earth Day events, craft activities, art gallery receptions, letter writing events and more. Check our event page or social media for event information. The best way to stay informed is to subscribe to our newsletter.

Can I modify my order after it has been placed?
If you would like to cancel or modify your order in anyway please contact us at hello@pinkmoongoods.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate the modification. If your package has been picked up by the carrier we are unable to make any changes.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do ship internationally. All duties and VAT may be required upon delivery in accordance with each countries policy. Please be sure you are aware of any potential fees accrued at delivery.
Do you use eco-friendly shipping materials?
We use almost all repurposed shipping materials donated by customers. In some cases that does mean we will use plastic bubble wrap as we use everything that we can in order to reduce any excess waste. All of our packaging is on its second life and we encourage you to recycle or reuse as much as possible on your end. Any packaging materials that we purchase are eco-friendly, paper packaging. Our labels are 100% recycleable or compostable.

Where are your products made?
We source our products from every corner of the globe. We do have a few simple requirements that we vet as much as possible. When we source a product we are looking for transparency in the production process and source of materials. We value the usability and reliability of each product. We ensure that there is no slave-labor or human rights violations involved in the production of our products.
Can I make a suggestion for a product?
Absolutely. Some of our favorite products have been suggestions made my customers like you. If you have an idea for a product please feel free to send a message to hello@pinkmoongoods.com. We can't wait to see what your idea is!
Do you sell gift cards?
Heck yeah we do. Gift cards are available in multiple denominations here. If purchased on the website you will receive an email with a code that can be used in-store or online. If you prefer a hard copy for someone local you can come by the Huffman location or order online and send an email to hello@pinkmoongoods.com with the mailing address and name of recipient. We will be happy to place a hard copy in the mail.
