Signs of Spring | Field Notes Memo Book
This lovely set exemplifies Field Notes commitment to producing something bright and warm that honors paper. When they located a batch of Mohawk Via Vellum 80# “Yellow,” a stock they have always loved it was clear this was the perfect paper for this collection. In their estimation, the finish and structure of this paper was absolutely made for embossing and debossing and really encouraged them to push the limits of any previous experience with debossing they had.
The covers are heavily debossed all over, with three original graphic patterns based on flowers that are among the very first to appear in the North American Spring each year: the Ghost Flower (Mohavea confertiflora) in the Southwest, Quaker Ladies (Houstonia caerulea) in the East, and Contra Costa Goldfields (Lasthenia conjugens) in the San Francisco Bay area. Then the covers were hot-stamped with three luscious, reflective Kurz Luxor foils.
Each pack includes:
- Three memo books each one featuring a different debossed print
- Each one is 3-1/2" X 5-1/2"
- 48 pages
- Perforated Ruled Dot Paper
- Paper made from a combination of hemp, post-consumer paper waste, and responsibly sourced virgin fibers
- 100% manufactured in the USA
