Snails climbing up fungi and fiddleheads grace this apron.

June + December designed their aprons to become your go-to favorite. These 100% organic cotton aprons are as soft as they are sturdy, with extra long ties, deep pockets, and adjustable neck. The fabric is absorbent enough to protect you from splashes in the kitchen, soft enough to wipe your face, and heavy enough to protect you from dirt while potting your newest plant babies.

The three reinforced pockets can easily house your favorite flower snips, spoons, thermometer, or gardening tools. It also works folded as a half-bistro-style apron.

Meet the Makers

Storied goods for home + life is the driving force behind the vision of Katie and Nick Forte, founders of June + December.  With an adventurous spirit and the idea that the most memorable gifts have a meaningful story to tell they set out to create a brand that would honor the wise ancient tradition of storytelling.  They hope their nature inspired goods will remind you of a recent adventure, a memorable dinner, or a fond childhood memory.

About the Artist / Katie’s Designs

Upon first glance at the designs of June + December it will be no surprise that Katie draws her inspiration from nature and her collection of clipped sprigs and forest finds. Her artwork celebrates and explores the natural wonder found all around us, like the fern: often walked on and overlooked, the fern adds green to the darkest forest shadows where the sunlight remains elusive.
